Background and Experience

For a decade, Katrina has helped her husband restore, repair, and sell homes. This has given her intricate knowledge of how to negotiate on her client’s behalf. She has also learned how to evaluate the status of a home and see the true potential of the home. She has learned what are the most important aspects of each home purchase through personal experience. This experience is what sets her apart from her competition.

Katrina’s passion for learning doesn’t end there. She attained her broker’s license in 2021 to be able to share her knowledge with her peers. She is the right hand to Christopher Perez as she helps oversee the operations and assist our team members with any question or concerns.

Away From the Office

Katrina spends her free time with her loving husband Joel and two children Joey and Karolina. Family is a major part of Katrina’s life as she was raised by her grandparents alongside with her parents. Family gatherings can usually fill up a banquet hall. Her hobbies enjoy family vacations which always end up in Disney World somehow.
