Mr. Pérez was Vice President of Marketing & Advertising, and Sales Coordinator, for ACGG Development Group, a condo converter and multifamily community operator. At ACGG he oversaw the closings of 8 condominium projects throughout Florida (2,000 units). Additionally, he was responsible for the management of two Orlando communities (620 units).

Christopher Pérez began his career as a manager in training at Colonial Bank, NA.

Mr. Pérez is a licensed Florida real estate sales agent since 2004. He holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University and is an MBA candidate at St. Thomas University.

Mr. Pérez was a Working Professional Advisory Board Member of Future Business Leaders of America - Phi Beta Lambda at St. Thomas University in 2012. He is a volunteer for Project Give Kids/Miami Children’s Hospital, a local non-profit dedicated to helping the under-privileged children and families.
